Fees include all conference events, indexed conference proceedings publication fees, meals, receptions and visit to Sarawak Cultural Village and Kuching Waterfront. We apologise for not being able to arrange for river cruise as mentioned earlier as the river cruise will not operate on the day due to the celebration of Sarawak Regatta 2018.

Fees do not cover accommodation, transportation,  and visa application fees (for international participants).

The co-authors need to pay for the registration fees if they wish to attend the conference.

Please kindly register and make payment at USM conference central (HUSTINC 2018). 

Please note the following:

1. The online payment can be made ONLY during the USM ePayment operating hours, which is 1 a.m.  -11 p.m. (Malaysia Time Zone UTC + 08:00).
2. Please print or keep a copy of “Bursary USM: Payment Acknowledgement” (i.e., proof of payment) after you have made the payment. No other official receipt will be issued.
